The Short-Term Rental Accommodation Manager takes full operational command of the regional holiday
letting and short-term accommodation portfolio. This role is responsible for planning, directing, and
controlling accommodation operations, guest reservation strategies, and property maintenance
schedules.
As the operational leader, the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Manager oversees housekeeping, and
trade contractors to ensure all properties consistently achieve pristine, high-level presentation standards.
By overseeing strict guest screening, optimising booking workflows, and enforcing local regulatory
compliance, the role directly manages the asset performance and end-to-end hospitality standards of our
growing portfolio.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Tamworth NSW
