How will I help?
Join our well-performing Marketing team and help shape the future of Small Business Banking. In this strategic role, you’ll develop and deliver marketing initiatives across Business Lending and Everyday Business Banking products, creating compelling customer experiences that drive acquisition, engagement and retention. Working closely with Product, Strategy, Analytics and Digital teams, you’ll identify growth opportunities, develop customer-focused propositions and deliver measurable commercial outcomes for one of Westpac’s highest-priority segments.
What do I need?
You’re an experienced marketer with a strong commercial mindset and a track record of developing strategic marketing plans that deliver customer and business results. You bring expertise across customer lifecycle marketing, campaign planning and execution, and are confident using insights and data to inform decision-making. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to influence across a complex organisation and balance customer, commercial and business priorities. Experience working with product portfolios and a passion for creating customer-centric growth strategies will set you up for success.
