About the Role
You’ll be the friendly face greeting our clients and their beautiful pups each day. From check-ins and bookings to cuddles and conversations, you’ll help create an amazing experience from the moment customers walk through the door.

Your Day Might Include:
- Welcoming dogs and owners at drop-off and pick-up
- Managing bookings, phones, and customer enquiries
- Supporting the daycare team throughout the day
- Keeping the reception area clean, organised, and inviting
- Creating a fun and positive atmosphere for clients and staff alike
