Key responsibilities include:
- Managing renewals, endorsements, and new business opportunities
- Providing tailored insurance advice to local clients
- Liaising with insurers to negotiate terms and coverage
- Identifying opportunities to grow and retain your portfolio
- Working closely with internal support staff to ensure seamless service delivery
About You
- Experience in general insurance broking
- Tier 1 qualification (or working towards it)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage your own portfolio
- For step-up candidates: solid exposure to renewals, quoting, and client interaction
