Weekend Casual Position | Sydney-Wide Kids Events | Training Provided
At A Touch of Glitz & Glam, we create beautifully styled pamper party experiences for girls across Sydney. As demand continues to grow, we are looking for confident, energetic and professional individuals to join our team of party hosts.
This is a rewarding role for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Party Hostess, you'll be responsible for leading and delivering our signature pamper party experiences at clients' homes and venues across Sydney.
Responsibilities include:
- Hosting and leading children's pamper parties
- Delivering mini beauty treatments including nail painting and light makeup application
- Running structured party activities and engaging groups of children
- Creating a fun, memorable and professional experience for every client
- Collecting party equipment from our St George base and travelling to event locations
- Representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Full training, party programs and equipment are provided.
Who We're Looking For
Successful applicants are typically people who are naturally outgoing, organised and comfortable taking the lead in social environments.
This role may suit those with experience in:
- Children's entertainment
- Childcare, nannying or teaching support
- Dance, drama or performing arts
- Customer service and event hosting
- Beauty, makeup or nail services
Formal beauty qualifications are not required, however confidence applying basic makeup and nail polish is highly regarded.
Essential Requirements
To be considered, applicants must:
- Enjoy working with children and be confident engaging groups
- Have a warm, energetic and professional personality
- Be reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Hold a current NSW Driver Licence
- Have access to a reliable vehicle
- Be willing to travel to event locations across Sydney
- Be comfortable navigating to bookings independently
- Hold a Working With Children Check, or be willing to obtain one
Before Applying
Please note that this position involves regular travel throughout Sydney, including areas such as the Northern Beaches, Western Sydney and the Sutherland Shire.
Applicants should be comfortable driving to different locations, transporting party equipment and working primarily on weekends.
