We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will lead the front-of-house team, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth, efficient service while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support front-of-house staff during service.
- Open and close the restaurant according to company procedures.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members.
- Prepare staff rosters and manage shift allocations where required.
- Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing feedback.
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety and workplace health and safety standards.
- Handle cash, POS transactions, end-of-day reconciliation, and banking procedures when required.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies.
- Ensure restaurant presentation meets company standards at all times.
- Assist with achieving sales targets and controlling labour costs.
- Support management with administrative duties and operational reporting.
Pay: $27.50 – $42.00 per hour
