We are seeking a dedicated Processes & Listings Coordinator to join our team at Business & Franchise Brokers Pty Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about their work and ready to make an impact in a growing business. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end process of preparing business listings, ensuring each listing is accurate, complete, and ready for market.
- Create and maintain comprehensive business profiles, integrating current financial and operational data as provided by vendors and brokers.
- Develop and update high-quality advertisements for listings, ensuring consistency across the company website and third-party business sale platforms
- Support the Director in maintaining strong market activity in chosen segments
- Identify and implement process improvements in CRM usage, broker workflows, and external system integrations to improve operational efficiency.
- Facilitate the buyer enquiry process by managing confidentiality agreements and coordinating the distribution of business profiles to qualified buyers.
- Track and obtain vendor approvals for disclosure of information in line with individual privacy and listing preferences.
You will be working closely with the Director, contributing to the success of our HQ team.
Skills and Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor of Business Administration degree or similar
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong skills in Adobe, Microsoft and Zapier
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks or priorities
