A Customer Success Manager is responsible for helping customers get maximum value from a company’s product or service (especially in SaaS, tech, and subscription businesses).
Main responsibilities
Onboard new customers and guide product setup
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Help customers achieve their goals using the product
Monitor customer usage, engagement, and satisfaction
Handle renewals, retention, and contract expansion (upselling)
Run regular check-ins, business reviews (QBRs)
Work with sales, support, and product teams to solve customer issues
Reduce churn (prevent customers from leaving)
Pay: From $8,300.00 per month
