YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the Store Managers, you’ll be the heartbeat of the park. Your mission includes:
- Safety Superstars: Supervising customers on the trampolines (like a lifeguard for the air!).
- Party Heroes: Hosting epic parties, selling the "Flip Out" experience, and managing deadlines with a smile.
- Arena Maintenance: Keeping our park clean and up to the "sky-high" standards our guests deserve.
ABOUT YOU
Industry experience isn't essential—for us, it’s all about attitude and ability. We are looking for:
- Energy: An enthusiastic, outgoing attitude toward every customer.
- Communication: Strong verbal skills, confidence, and assertiveness.
- Team Players: Approachable people who want to inspire others and work as a team.
- Organization: The ability to work under pressure while wearing a huge smile.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- A good attitude and work ethic.
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to get one).
- Working with Children Check (if you are over 18).
- Ability to work weekends and school holidays.
- Bonus Points: If you have entertainment experience or a background working with young people!
