About The Role:
As Procurement Coordinator, you will support sourcing, purchasing and supplier management activities across the business while ensuring stock availability and supply continuity. Working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, you'll contribute to procurement performance, supplier relationships and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain effective supplier relationships to meet customer and business requirements

Negotiate pricing, quality and delivery terms with suppliers

Source alternative products and suppliers as required

Monitor stock availability and update delivery ETAs
-
Proactively follow up outstanding and overdue purchase orders

Raise and issue purchase orders, including window and door hardware
-
Assist in maintaining purchasing records and supplier agreements
-
Manage, correct and process blocked invoices
-
Support continuous improvement initiatives across procurement processes
About You
-
Experience in aluminium window and door hardware (highly regarded)
-
Relevant procurement qualifications or substantial experience in a similar role
-
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven negotiation capability
-
Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines
-
Continuous improvement mindset
-
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
