The Role
This is a contract-based position for a versatile construction professional. You will drive our growth through precise technical preparation and proactive market networking.
Key Responsibilities
- Tenders & Grants: Identify, write, and submit competitive NSW government grants and commercial tenders.
- Estimating & Takeoffs: Complete accurate material takeoffs and project cost estimations using Buildxact.
- Business Development: Source and contact head contractors looking for commercial subcontractors.
- Networking: Build active, lasting relationships with project managers, tier-1 builders, and developers across NSW to win work.
- Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial construction estimating and tender writing within NSW.
