About the position:
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to take full ownership of our ecommerce design initiatives by designing high-converting and intuitive customer journeys across all customer-facing digital touchpoints and internal business tools.
Key Responsibilities include:

Design and deliver UX/UI solutions for ecommerce initiatives, ensuring high-quality, user-centred outcomes.

Keep our visual identity elevated and cohesive across all touchpoints.

Collaborate cross-functionally to translate customer, business, and technical requirements into clear, build-ready design solutions.

Continuous improvement by testing and tracking UX success metrics to elevate the customer experience.

Collaborate with the Technology team and developers to deliver customer-facing and internal digital solutions.
What are we seeking?

Proven experience in a UI/UX design role, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality digital experiences, strong visual design, and the ability to solve complex user problems through thoughtful interface design.

Strong technical capability in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, component libraries, design systems, responsive layouts, and developer handover. Experience with Miro and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.

A confident communicator who loves collaborating and brainstorming but can also execute independently.

A collaborative implementor who can support developers and ensuring designs are delivered as intended.

Demonstrated experience using customer behaviour, and testing to continuously iterate and elevate digital experiences to drive business outcomes.
