Responsible for leading the kitchen team
Supervising, recruiting and training kitchen staff
Operate grills, fryers and other commercial equipment
Ensure consistency in food quality, flavour, presentation and portion control
Prepare sauces, toppings, fillings, and other ingredients required for daily kitchen opertations
Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
Working with kitchen and front of house staff to ensure high standards
Assisting management with menu preparation and maintaining high food standards
Ordering kitchen supplies and monitoring stock for kitchen
Qualifications in hospitality highly desirable
Must be reliable, hard working and an efficient team member
Preferrence 1+ year experience
Pay: $76,750.00 per year
