THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Specialist in our Call Centre for 37.5 hours per week, working across Monday to Friday on a permanent full-time contract.
Reporting to the Customer Support Team Leader, this role will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service in line with the Call Centre performance standards.
The key focus areas of the role include:

Handling inbound customer calls and process customer orders in an accurate and efficient manner
- Investigating delivery inquiries
- Responding to customer queries
- Facilitating sales orders
- Maintaining call KPI’s within defined Call Centre standards
- Achieving all Individual objectives as directed
- Knowledge of Company's products and services
- Undertaking additional customer/Call Centre /business activities as directed by the Team Leader
- Championing the Core Nisbets Values
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

Previous experience working in a customer service environment
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of individual KPIs
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
