· Support InterOp Loop-1 and Mini-Loop testing activities.
· Provide on-ground support during InterOp Mini-Loop road drive tests, including issue triage.
· Link system requirements with SIMs/BUGs identified during InterOp testing.
· Support DV testing with charging log capture and analysis.
· Perform SIM validation and regression testing.
· Conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) for issues identified during road drive tests.
· Raise, track, and manage SIMs and BUGs identified during AC/DC charging validation.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams for defect resolution.
· Maintain test documentation and provide regular weekly status updates.
Must-Have Skills
· Hands-on experience with AC/DC charging interoperability testing.
· Working knowledge of global charging standards: CCS, Type-1, Type-2, CHAdeMO, GB/T and NACS.
· Strong understanding of communication protocols: CAN, PLC and Ethernet.
· Experience with vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting.
· Exposure to high-voltage EV systems (400V / 800V).
