About the role
If you’re someone who thrives on a challenge and is eager to learn, this is your chance to gain hands-on experience sourcing parts and accessories for Northfleet’s wide range of assets, from utilities and SUVs to medium-duty trucks, prime movers and multiple trailer types. We are now looking for someone who is residential to Karratha and ready to play an important role in supporting our rural operations, ensuring our teams have the parts, stock and logistical support they need to keep vehicles and equipment moving across the region.
About You:
Our ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of 3+ years of previous parts interpreter experience
- Karratha residential candidate preferred, with the ability to support rural and regional operational requirements
- Mechanical background or mechanical aptitude essential
- The ability to manage cost-effective freight options and logistics for local deliveries
- Understanding of remote-area freight, parts availability and the importance of timely support for field-based teams
- Experience in actively auditing and monitoring stock levels
- Experience with specific parts inventory management systems (Odoo highly desirable)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- A willing "can do" attitude and ability to provide key support to local and regional teams
- Sound organisational skills and the ability to adapt with competing priorities
- A continuous improvement mindset
- Exposure to hire industry or transport and logistics is advantageous
- National Police Clearance (valid within 6 months)
