Job Description
We are currently seeking a professional and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and administrative activities. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining efficient business processes, supporting internal departments, and ensuring accurate administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and internal activities
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business documents
- Support data entry and record management tasks
- Coordinate office supplies and administrative resources
- Assist internal teams with operational and administrative requests
- Maintain confidentiality of company records and information
- Ensure accurate documentation and office organization
Requirements
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in administration, customer service, or office coordination
- Familiarity with office management systems and administrative procedures

- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $49,900.00 – $86,545.60 per year
