About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic Full-Time and Casual Team Members (All-rounders) to join our team at George St. You will support daily store operations, including food preparation, sushi assembly, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

580 George St, Sydney, 2000 NSW (Sushi Train store)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily front-of-house (FOH) customer service and back-of-house (BOH) food preparation.
- Prepare and assemble sushi rolls to company standards (prior roll-making experience is highly regarded).
- Take orders, serve customers, operate POS systems, and process payments. \
- Maintain strict food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards across kitchen and dining areas.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and recipes under the guidance of store management.
Shifts & Availability
- Full-Time: 38 ordinary hours per week (5 days per week).
- Casual: Variable shifts based on store operational needs.
- Flexible availability required, including weekdays, weekends, and peak trading hours.
Pay & Conditions
- Full-Time: $27.08 per hour + Superannuation + Paid Annual / Sick Leave.
- Casual: From $33.85 per hour (includes 25% casual loading) + Superannuation.
- Pay rates and penalty rates (including Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays, and Overtime) are strictly in accordance with the Restaurant Industry Award 2020.

Requirements
- Valid Australian working rights (unrestricted working rights preferred for Full-Time).
- Reliable, punctual, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Previous hospitality or food prep experience preferred, but not essential.
