As a Sales Manager at Foxtel Media, you will play a pivotal role in driving our success. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue across a wide portfolio of premium channels and platforms. You will be at the forefront of building and nurturing key relationships with media agencies and clients, crafting strategic and creative sales opportunities that deliver exceptional results.

Drive and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets, including personal, team, and channel goals.
- Build and maintain a strong market presence through face-to-face meetings, nurturing relationships with media agencies and clients to ensure mutual objectives are met.
- Proactively develop and respond to briefs with new, creative, and sellable ideas.
- Acquire new advertisers while retaining and growing our existing client base.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments, including our digital sales counterparts, to maximize cross-platform revenue opportunities.
- Assist in managing and mentoring a coordinator, monitoring their performance and supporting their training and development.
- Ensure the accuracy of booking schedules, oversee campaign delivery, and provide insightful post-analysis.
- Proactively source new opportunities to address revenue needs and track all revenue against targets.

2-4 years of experience within the media industry (agency, marketing, or sales), with a preference for at least 2 years in a sales team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to construct compelling proposals and responses to briefs.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage and motivate others.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A knack for building and maintaining strong working relationships, both internally and externally.
- The ability to multi-task, prioritise effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry.
- A proactive mindset with a constant desire for personal and professional development.
