As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in driving daily operations and leading your team to deliver exceptional service. You’ll support, coach, and motivate team members while ensuring high standards are consistently met, creating a positive and efficient work environment. Your leadership will shape the team’s performance and help deliver an outstanding experience every day.
About the Role:
Leads pre-shift briefings (or supports them) to ensure strong product knowledge and service readiness
Supervises daily restaurant operations, guiding and supporting team members as needed
Delivers excellent guest service, including greeting, seating, and handling requests or orders
Maintains high service standards through quality checks and prompt resolution of guest concerns
Oversees opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, stock levels, and overall restaurant presentation
Supports administration and team development, including training, performance management, and cross-department coordination
About You:

Previous experience in a team leader role within food and beverage (hotel experience is a plus!).
