We're looking for a Senior Social Media Strategist to step into our Coolangatta studio and own the strategy for multiple high-stakes accounts.
You won't be doing this alone.
You'll have a dedicated team of editors producing world-class content, and social media managers handling the distribution and scheduling.
Your job is to come up with the strategy, the ideation, the psychology of conversion and lead the team to execute and make sure the standards are high.
What You'll Actually Do
You're the brain behind the brand.
While your team handles the heavy lifting of posting, you'll be focused on the high-leverage activities that actually move the needle.
Mastermind the Long-Form & Short-Form Content Architecture:
- You'll lead the ideation phase, which is the key behind driving results.
- You'll spend your time brainstorming, researching viral topics, and identifying the exact angles that'll dominate across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- You'll develop strategy for both long-form podcast and YouTube content AND the short-form clips that drive discovery and engagement.
Script for Conversion Across All Formats:
- You'll script content designed not just to go viral, but to attract ideal buyers.
- You'll use psychology to turn passive viewers into high-ticket clients.
- This includes long-form narratives that build authority and short-form hooks that stop the scroll.
Direct the YouTube & Short-Form Strategy:
- You'll determine the overarching content strategy for each client based on their specific business goals and competitor research.
Ensure World Class Quality:
- You'll review videos for pacing, storytelling, captions, and viral potential before they ever see the light of day.
- You'll understand what makes content perform on each platform.
Analyze and Optimize:
- You'll dive deep into the analytics to measure success, tweaking strategies to drive both views and revenue.

Who You Are
We're looking for someone who's already good, but is obsessed with becoming great.
You've got agency experience or, you've managed multiple accounts simultaneously, and you know how to handle the pressure.
You've got at least two years of experience.
You're not a beginner.
You've got a solid foundation in social media marketing and you're ready to step into a senior role.
You're a student of the game.
You don't just do this for a paycheck.
You genuinely love studying content, algorithms, and human psychology outside of work hours.
You follow creators, you understand platform dynamics, and you're obsessed with what makes content work.
You understand both long-form and short-form.
You know what makes a YouTube video perform AND what makes a IG video stop the scroll in the first second.
You're fluent on the platforms.
You live on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook and understand the nuances of each.
You know the algorithm, the best practices, and what's important on each platform.
You're relentless.
You thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment and you take immense pride in producing top quality work.
The Compensation & The Future
The base salary is $75,000 plus superannuation. But we reward performance.
We've got a specific bonus structure in place for hitting KPIs tied to client views and revenue.
More importantly, this role's the foundation for our next Head of Strategy.
