About the Role
360 Personnel is currently seeking Process Workers to join our client’s busy food manufacturing facility located in Melbourne’s South East.
These roles offer a consistent 7-day fortnight roster on Day or Night shift (6:00am - 6:00 pm or 6:00pm – 6:00am), giving you a long weekend every second week. On call work also available.
You’ll be an essential part of the team producing and packaging premium baked goods for one of Australia’s leading brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Support production by performing various tasks on the factory floor
- Moving racks from production lines to ovens or proofers
- Mixing raw ingredients
- Operate and assist with machinery and line operations
- Carry out manual handling duties safely and efficiently
- Maintain strong food safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards (BRC, HACCP, GMP)
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or similar environment
- Comfortable working with live or active ingredients (e.g., dough)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Physically fit and reliable with a team-focused attitude
- Understanding of HACCP and GMP principles preferred
