Join Our Team
Join our Obstetrics and Paediatric team and play an important role in supporting our Maternity and Paediatric Units. As part of the team, you’ll provide high-quality administrative duties for inpatients and outpatient services within both wards.
You will communicate with clients by telephone, email and in person, ensuring each interaction is handled with care, professionalism and a welcoming approach.
This is a varied administrative role where you’ll help coordinate day-to-day enquiries and bookings, maintain accurate information for admission and discharges, whilst also supporting the outpatient clinics. Your contribution will help create a positive experience for families engaging with our services.
To Thrive in This Role
You’re organised, approachable and committed to providing excellent customer service. You’ll bring a professional and friendly communication style, with the ability to build rapport with women and families and respond to their needs with care and understanding.
You’ll be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team. With strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities, you’ll confidently juggle multiple tasks while ensuring enquiries and bookings are managed efficiently and accurately.
You’ll receive supernumerary shifts alongside experienced administration staff initially, as well as SDPR training to support you in settling into the role.
