Your Time to Shine
The Quality Education Systems (QES) Analyst provides specialist analytical, technical and systems expertise to support the ongoing development, implementation and continuous improvement of TAFE SA’s Quality Education System. The role delivers data – driven insights, reporting. Process automation and system improvements that enhance the quality, consistency and efficiency of educational operations, while supporting organisational decision – making, quality assurance, regulatory compliance and the adoption of the QES across TAFE SA.
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated ability to analyse, interpret and synthesise complex qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources, and translate findings into meaningful insights, visualisations and evidence – based recommendations for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating complex data integration, migration and validation activities across multiple ICT systems to support organisational projects and business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and develop innovative technology – enabled solutions that improve business processes, data integrity, organisation efficiency and user experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced reporting, data modelling and analytics using Microsoft Excel, Power BI and DAX, including the development of reporting frameworks and dashboards that support organisational decision making.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
