Your Next Role
We're looking for a Casual Administration Officer to join our Service & Maintenance team at Rocky Point.
This is a varied, hands-on administration role where you'll help keep our maintenance, workshop and accounts processes running smoothly. You'll work closely with the Service & Maintenance Manager, Supervisors, technicians, suppliers and contractors, making sure information, parts and paperwork are all where they need to be.

What You'll Be Doing
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Service & Maintenance team
- Supporting workshop technicians with parts requirements for servicing and repairs
- Managing parts inventory, stock movements, transfers and stocktakes
- Processing purchase orders, invoices, credits, receipting and other parts-related transactions
- Liaising with suppliers to coordinate parts and goods deliveries
- Managing the workshop inbox and coordinating maintenance requests and communications
- Coordinating contractor inductions, permits and compliance requirements
- Maintaining service records, asset registers, equipment details and service schedules
- Entering service sheets, hours and maintenance information into our systems
- Following up outstanding items, non-conformances and corrective actions
- Providing general administration support to the Accounts team, including scanning, filing and document management
- Completing parts pick-ups/drop-offs and other general maintenance administration as required.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Organised and reliable, with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
- A strong communicator who can build positive relationships with suppliers, contractors and internal teams
- Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team
- A practical problem solver who is happy to get involved and find solutions
- Adaptable and able to respond to changing priorities
- Confident using computer systems and completing accurate data entry
Desirable experience
- Previous experience in maintenance, administration, accounts, automotive, heavy vehicles or parts will be highly regarded.
- Experience with Pronto
- Experience with a Parts Interpreter
