Job Summary
Minato Sushi Churchill r is looking for a motivated and reliable Sushi Maker to join our growing team. This role is responsible for preparing fresh sushi products, maintaining high food quality standards, and supporting a fast-paced kitchen environment. We are seeking someone who is passionate about food, takes pride in presentation, and enjoys working as part of a positive and energetic team.
Previous sushi experience is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided to the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. The successful applicant will play an important role in delivering fresh, high-quality products and a great customer experience every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare sushi rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and sushi packs
- Maintain food quality, freshness, and presentation standards
- Prepare ingredients and assist with daily food preparation
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleaning procedures
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory control
- Support a positive and team-focused workplace culture
Skills & Experience
- Previous sushi or kitchen experience is an advantage
