Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic team members to join our Baskin-Robbins store! You will receive on-the-job training and enjoy flexible shifts that fit your commitments outside of work. If you are passionate about retail/hospitality, you will also have access to nationally accredited traineeships.
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
1. Weekday Evening Shift (Monday – Friday, 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM, 4-5 shifts per week)
2. Weekend Day Shift (Saturday & Sunday, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be available during the specified shift times. Applicants who cannot work within these hours will not be considered.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Honest, confident, and well-spoken.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Hospitality or retail experience is preferred.
- Must have finished school and be available throughout weekdays.

Job Responsibilities:
- Follow Baskin-Robbins training and operational systems.
- Deliver friendly and efficient customer service.
- Build strong relationships with team members.
- Ensure each shift runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Food preparation and food safety compliance.
- Complete checklists and maintain store cleanliness.
- Open and close the store as required.
- Handle cash and transactions.
