Your key responsibilities:
Initiate and influence relationships with and between internal and external stakeholders, to proactively manage needs, expectations, mitigate risks and support change.
Undertake local environmental assessments to determine availability of training facilities and equipment to support the delivery of the required learning sessions to end users.
Undertake detailed stakeholder and end user analysis to inform and the Training Needs Analysis for the local business implementation groups.
In consultation with the subject matter experts, support the development of the local education and training content.
Key competencies/suitability (role specific criteria and personal qualities)
You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:
Strong background in the development, implementation, delivery and evaluation of training deliverables.
Experience in conducting and documenting Training Needs Analysis, learning outcomes/knowledge transfer assessment, scheduling of training courses and completion of training registers.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively liaise consult and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders and build positive relationships in an environment of change.
Proven ability to work in a team environment developing effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
