THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF:
- You’ve got 2–3+ years’ experience in mowing, edging, hedging and grounds maintenance

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF:

- You need someone standing over your shoulder all day to keep you motivated
- You cut corners or leave jobs half done
- You don’t take pride in your work, your presentation, or your attitude

We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of the growing team for the long haul.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING :
- Lawn mowing, edging, and general garden maintenance
- Hedge trimming and bush pruning
- Planting, mulching, topdressing, weeding and spraying.
- Property clean-ups and maintaining site presentation
- Working with quality, well maintained equipment on jobs that provides variety and job satisfaction.
THE IDEAL PERSON WILL HAVE:
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in ground maintenance and lawnmowing.
- Experience with tools and machinery including chainsaws, push, self-propelled, ride-on or stand-on mowers
- Experience in gardening, plant identification, pest and disease control
- ACDC Licence (desirable, not essential)
- Chainsaw Ticket (desirable, not essential)
- C (Car) driver’s licence (essential)
- Trailer tow and backing experience (desirable, not essential)
- Good English language and a customer service attitude
- A police check, or willingness to undertake one
- A solid work history and demonstrated stability with previous employers
- The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
