About the Role - Centre Director
As our Centre Director at Bright Steps Academy Elizabeth North, you will:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a passionate team of educators
- Oversee enrolments, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations
- Drive continuous improvement and champion quality outcomes for all children
- Build strong family and community partnerships aligned with our values
- Foster a warm, inclusive, and engaging centre culture
- Ensure all practices align with the NQF, EYLF, and Child Safe Standards
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 2+ years leadership or senior educator experience in Early Childhood Education
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
- Strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to lead teams with empathy, vision, and professionalism
- Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
- Current WWCC, National Police Check, and First Aid/CPR
- Full Australian working rights
