We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong property management experience, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to confidently manage day-to-day property management matters while delivering a high level of service to both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties and ensure they are maintained to a high standard.
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance and repairs, including liaising with owners, tenants and contractors.
- Monitor rental arrears and take appropriate action to recover outstanding rent.
- Handle tenant and landlord enquiries, complaints and disputes in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Work collaboratively with the existing Property Management team and other departments across the group.
- Prepare and provide regular weekly reporting.
- Utilise PropertyMe for day-to-day property management and administrative tasks.
- Conduct rent reviews and negotiate lease renewals.
- Manage lease agreements, extensions and relevant documentation.
- Oversee bond finalisation and refunds.
- Ensure all rental agreements, notices and other legal documentation are compliant with current NSW legislation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property and tenancy records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and other stakeholders.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in residential property management.
- Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities.
- A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
- Proactive, reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Confident in handling maintenance, arrears, leasing and general property management matters.
- Familiar with PropertyMe or similar property management software.
- Knowledgeable about NSW residential tenancy legislation and compliance requirements.
