The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our growing Melbourne team. Reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager, you will play a key role in preparing accurate tenders and cost plans across a diverse pipeline of major projects in Victoria.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate tenders and cost plans across a range of building projects
- Provide input at tender close, supporting risk reviews and margin decisions
- Identify commercial and delivery risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Conduct site visits to inform pricing and risk assessments
- Collaborate with design, engineering, construction and procurement teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes and systems
About You
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering or similar
- Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator within a head contractor environment
- Strong capability across cost planning, tendering and commercial analysis
- Ability to identify and manage risk within bids
- High level proficiency in Excel and estimating software
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
