We are currently seeking experienced and safety-focused Loaders / Forklift Operators to join a leading Australian manufacturer in a long-term opportunity offering excellent earning potential and a genuine pathway to permanent employment.
This is a hands-on role suited to candidates with experience working in fast-paced manufacturing, warehouse, or building materials environments.
- Competitive pay rates of $42.90/hr (Afternoon Shift) and $49.33/hr (Night Shift)

- Operating forklifts to move large and bulky products
- Operating overhead cranes to safely handle materials
- Staging and preparing loads for dispatch
- General warehouse and yard duties as required
- Conducting pre-start checks and following site procedures
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Current Forklift Licence is essential
- Proven overhead crane experience is essential
- Previous experience within the building supplies, steel, timber, sheet metal, roofing, manufacturing, or related industries highly regarded
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
