CARPENTER REQUIRED - FULL TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE
MarkQ Homes in Central Coast are looking for experienced qualified Carpenter to join our new team in full time roles for immediate start.
MarkQ Homes out mainly do residential homes, town houses and duplexes. We need carpenter for doing framing and fit out carpentry on sites around Central Coast.
Successful candidates will be required to:
· Carry out all carpentry at client sites including renovations, extensions, new builds and maintenance carpentry
· Install framework, walls, doors, Windows, roofing, Cladding and interior finishes
· Fitout work, skirting, install doors, Locks, Architraves,
· Adept at reading plans and drawings to plan sequences of work and material requirements
. Be able to work alone, have good attention to detail.
. Want to grow and improve themselves regardless of skill level.
Successful candidates will have:
· Trade qualification or 1-2 years of related experience
· Demonstrated skill and experience in residential / commercial work
· Good communication skills
· Full driving licence
Remunerations and Conditions
· 38+ hour week full time position
· Minimum conditions are protected by Australian Fair Work national employment standards
· Excellent salary commensurate with rates in Sydney, depending on skills and experience
· Superannuation paid at government specified rate in addition to base salary to fund of your choice
