About the role
Redland Pharmaceuticals is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse and Production All-Rounder to take ownership of our day-to-day warehouse operations.
This is not a warehouse-only position. While forklift operation, stock control and warehouse organisation will be your primary responsibilities, you must be willing to assist wherever needed across the business. This may include working on a production line, cleaning the warehouse and clean-room areas, picking and packing orders, making local deliveries and completing general labouring tasks.
We are looking for someone who takes responsibility for their work, notices what needs to be done and gets on with it without requiring constant supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Take day-to-day ownership of the warehouse
- Safely operate a forklift
- Receive, check and put away incoming deliveries
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders
- Load and unload pallets and vehicles
- Maintain accurate warehouse and stock paperwork
- Monitor stock levels and promptly report shortages
- Restock warehouse and production areas
- Keep the warehouse organised, clean and safe
- Ensure production has the materials it needs
- Assist on production and packing lines when required
- Clean warehouse, production and clean-room areas
- Make local customer deliveries within Brendale using a company-supplied automatic ute
- Complete general labouring and miscellaneous tasks as required
About you
The right attitude is more important to us than having years of experience. We need someone dependable who takes pride in doing things correctly and can be trusted to manage their responsibilities without being micromanaged.
To succeed in this role, you will:
- Hold a current forklift licence
- Hold a current driver’s licence
- Be reliable and consistently arrive ready to work
- Be physically fit and comfortable performing manual tasks
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be able to work independently and manage your workload
- Show initiative and identify what needs to be done
- Be comfortable completing paperwork and maintaining accurate records
- Be willing to work across warehouse, production, cleaning and general duties
- Have a positive, cooperative attitude
- Follow hygiene, safety and quality procedures carefully
Previous warehouse, manufacturing, food or pharmaceutical experience would be beneficial, but it is not essential for someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
