The Role
Ground-floor opportunity for a recent accounting graduate ready to work in a real business. You'll work directly alongside senior management — not buried in a back office. The role starts in accounts and grows with you.
What You'll Do
- High-volume invoicing across multiple programs and clients
- Accounts payable and receivable processing
- Bank reconciliations and month-end close support
- Subcontractor payment coordination
- Job-level reconciliation across internal systems — matching completions, invoices, and compliance records
- Coordinate with operations and compliance teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain accurate job records across multiple concurrent program streams
- Xero data entry and maintenance
What You Bring
- Accounting degree (recently completed or completing)
- Xero exposure — from study, placement, or personal use
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and data sets
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Available on-site full-time in Epping
