About the Role:
As a polyurethane spray painter, you will be responsible for applying high-quality finishes to kitchen cabinets, joinery, and furniture components. Your expertise in surface preparation, spraying techniques, and quality control will ensure a flawless finish that meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for spraying, including sanding, priming, and sealing.
- Apply polyurethane coatings using professional spray equipment.
- Ensure smooth, even finishes with attention to detail and quality control.
- Maintain a clean and organized spray booth and work area.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a polyurethane spray painter in the kitchen and joinery sector.
- Strong knowledge of spray painting techniques and finishing processes.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship.
