Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience or a combination of study and experience deemed appropriate by SWSLHD.

Demonstrated senior nursing leadership and service management experience in a relevant clinical setting.

Proven ability to manage workforce, financial and physical resources to deliver safe, high-quality, culturally responsive care.

Demonstrated effective communication, multidisciplinary collaboration, conflict resolution and performance management skills.
Demonstrated critical thinking and experience in evidence-based practice, risk management, work health and safety, and quality improvement.
