The Role
We're looking for an Fractional Operations Manager to take ownership of our warehouse and collection operations. Right now, the most pressing need is warehouse management - keeping costs tight, processes sharp, and the operation running efficiently. Over time, this role will expand to cover our monthly household, and business collection runs and ad hoc large-volume pickups.
This is a part-time contract role, starting at approximately 16 hours per week, with scope to grow. You'll report directly to Yesha, founder of After. The ultimate measure of success in this role is simple: the more you own operations, the more Yesha can focus on sales and growth.
Pay: $65.00 – $70.00 per hour
