We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AML/CTF & Responsible Gaming Analyst to join the team.
About the Role:
Working closely with the Head of AML/CTF & Responsible Gaming Compliance, you will support the delivery of the Club's Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF), Responsible Gaming and compliance programs by undertaking customer due diligence, monitoring customer activity, supporting compliance investigations and maintaining accurate regulatory records.
This role is responsible for conducting customer onboarding and due diligence activities, identifying and escalating higher-risk or unusual customer behaviour, supporting compliance monitoring activities and contributing to a strong culture of regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct customer onboarding in accordance with the Club’s AML/CTF program.

Complete Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.

Perform Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD) where required, under the direction of the Head of Compliance.

Verify customer identity using approved verification systems.

Monitor customer activity for unusual transactions or behaviours.
- Assess and escalate high-risk customers, suspicious activities and complex matters in accordance with escalation procedures.
Assist in preparing information to support regulatory reporting obligations. -
Support implementation of responsible gaming initiatives and patron interventions.

Assist with the administration of self-exclusion programs.

Monitor gaming activity for indicators of gambling harm.

The Successful Candidate:

1-3 years' experience in AML/CTF and compliance.

Sound understanding of KYC, CDD, ECDD and sanctions screening.

Strong analytical and investigative skills.

The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high quality standards.

Experience using AML or KYC technology platforms will be highly regarded.

Current RSA, RCG and ARCG qualifications
