We are seeking the services of an experienced storeperson/forklift operator for a great opportunity to join our team based at our new warehouse for the right candidate to start immediately. Warehouse duties include forklift work and picking and packing. The role would ideally suit someone who is physically fit, has a strong work ethic, willingness to work hard and get their hands dirty.

Availability to start ASAP
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of warehousing and transportation experience in a similar role. Areas of expertise will include, but not be limited to;
- Container unloading
- Unloading vehicles
- Moving heavy pallets and stock using a forklift around the warehouse
- Allocating stock on pallets to send out to stores
- Making sure incoming goods are cross referenced against the invoices to ensure there are no discrepancies
- Checks the inventory of stock that arrives in warehouse
- Other duties assisting warehouse staff as required
- Stacking bulky stock safely
- Some paperwork maybe required
Skills and Experience
- Forklift licence (Necessary)
- Available to work Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Very much a hands on position
- Reliable
- Can do positive attitude with lots of initiative
- Be a team player
