The Team & Role
Join our Allied Health Outreach team as a Grade 2 Occupational Therapist, delivering high-quality, client-centred care that supports older adults and younger people with disabilities to live safely and independently at home. Working within a multidisciplinary community health setting, you will provide comprehensive assessments, goal-focused interventions, and specialist recommendations for assistive technology and home modifications, while collaborating closely with clients, carers, and community services. This role also offers opportunities to contribute to innovative community programs, support Grade 1 clinicians, and play a key role in delivering responsive and evidence-based outreach services.

Skills & Experience Required
Current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (via AHPRA).
Sound knowledge of current Occupational Therapy theory and practice.
Understanding of client self-management principles, the Commonwealth Reablement Model and Victorian Active Service Model.
A strong interest in working with clients in their home and/or community environment.
