The opportunity
As Store Leader, you'll take ownership of our Geelong store — leading from the front to deliver standout customer experiences, build a high-performing team, and drive strong commercial results. Geelong is a community that shows up for its own, and this is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to build something local, meaningful, and high-performing. What you'll do
- Lead your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs through customer-first service.
- Take full ownership of store performance — you know your numbers and you move them.
- Coach and develop your team through ongoing feedback and training.
- Drive operational excellence across stock management and visual merchandising.
- Build smart, commercial rosters aligned to trade and wage targets.
- Champion the Lorna Jane brand and Active Living philosophy in-store and across the Geelong community.

You're a confident retail leader who:
