THE POSITION
Are you known for providing outstanding customer service? Warmly greeting guests and ensuring their needs are met quickly and efficiently? You will be an outgoing team player who prides themselves on delivering exceptional service and thrives on being part of a high-performing team. You love food & drinks, take a keen interest in the latest trends and venues, and stay across ever-evolving guest expectations.
You should be highly competent in all the basics including providing food and beverage service, taking great pride in your environment, and making it a warm and inviting experience for all, delivering that little extra for every single guest.
ABOUT YOU
- 1-year experience within a 4/5-star hotel or restaurant
- An ability to thrive under pressure and work as a team in a high-paced environment.
- Immaculate presentation and grooming.
- Attainment of the necessary Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
- Need to be available for a 7-day roster.
