At TerryWhite Chemmart, we are passionate about helping our community stay healthy and supported every day. We are currently seeking friendly, customer-focussed, caring and motivated Pharmacy Assistants to join our welcoming team. You will be working in an exciting fast paced environment and will be required to assist in the delivery of pharmacy services within a hospital setting.
As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will work closely with our pharmacists and team to provide outstanding service and support to our local community.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Supporting and assisting pharmacists where needed
· Providing exceptional customer service and patient care
· Supporting daily pharmacy operations such as processing sales and answering phone enquiries
· Giving great product advice
· Maintaining stock levels and inventory records
· Helping keep the pharmacy clean, organised and welcoming
· Following pharmacy procedures and health regulations
· Complying with QCPP and franchise policies and procedures
What we’re looking for
We are looking for someone who is:
· Friendly, reliable and team-oriented
· Passionate about helping people
· Confident communicating with customers and colleagues
· Organised with strong attention to detail
· Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
Previous pharmacy experience or healthcare qualifications (certificate II and III in Community pharmacy) are highly regarded, but not essential. We value attitude, ethics and a willingness to learn. All training will be included.
