Your opportunity:
Manage and coordinate high quality and responsive service delivery and welfare support to international students.
Contribute to the provision of a successful experience for international students at the school and the enhancement of Queensland's reputation as a provider of quality education programs.
Responsibilities:
Manage international student enrolments and provide textbooks, timetables and support materials.
Maintain accurate student records, including health cover, passport, address, attendance and fee information.
Monitor attendance and coordinate academic reports to parents and DE International.
Maintain effective communication with students, parents, host families and DE International staff.
Coordinate orientation programs and support students to settle into the school and local community.
Monitor student welfare, adjustment, behaviour, health and visa compliance.
Identify and arrange appropriate support services, including counselling.
Ensure compliance with DE International policies and State and Commonwealth legislation.
Participate in training provided by the school and DE International.
