Your New Role
CV Infrastructure Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Brisbane. This permanent leadership role will see you working across a diverse portfolio of electrical infrastructure projects, delivering safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes while leading site teams and supporting project delivery.
Working closely with Project Managers, you'll play a key role in coordinating field operations, maintaining client relationships and ensuring works are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and coordinating day-to-day site activities
- Leading multiple electrical crews across infrastructure projects
- Managing labour, plant and resources to meet project schedules
- Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and environmental requirements
- Providing QA inspections and project sign-off documentation
- Identifying and resolving site issues proactively
- Supporting and mentoring apprentices and team members
- Maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
Driving efficient and cost-effective construction methodologies

What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Unrestricted QLD Electrical Workers Licence
- Current manual driver's licence
- Strong experience in Electrical Construction
- Previous experience leading crews or supervising field teams
- Strong planning, organisational and communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality outcomes
Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders

Highly regarded:
- Experience working on Energex and/or Ergon network projects
- Exposure to HV infrastructure, substations or large customer connections
- Experience with overhead and underground reticulation
- LV network switching knowledge
TMR network experience, including Rate 3 lighting projects
