Fleurieu Stockfeeds is seeking a reliable and hardworking team member to join our growing operation in Hindmarsh Valley.
This is a full-time position averaging approximately 50 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with work also required on Public Holidays as part of our commitment to servicing our customers and livestock producers.
The role involves delivering stockfeed and agricultural products primarily throughout the Fleurieu Peninsula and Murraylands regions, along with assisting in feed production and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver stockfeed and agricultural products to farms throughout the Fleurieu Peninsula and Murraylands.
- Operate HC trucks safely and professionally.
- Unload incoming bulk and bagged deliveries using augers and forklifts.
- Mix and prepare customer feed orders accurately.
- Operate feed mill machinery, including mills, augers and associated equipment.
- Assist with general warehouse and yard duties.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe workplace.
- Work as part of a small team to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
Essential Requirements
- Current HC Truck Licence.
- Current Forklift Licence.
- Ability to safely lift and handle 25kg bags.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
Desirable
- Experience in the stockfeed, agricultural, transport or manufacturing industries.
- Experience operating mills, augers, conveyors or similar machinery.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
