About the Role
You'll visit residential and commercial customers throughout Perth's northern suburbs to inspect properties, prepare quotations and provide tailored pest management solutions.
A major focus of this role is helping homeowners protect their properties from termites by educating them on risks, prevention strategies and treatment options.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend pre-booked customer appointments
- Conduct property inspections for pest and termite treatments
- Prepare accurate quotations and treatment recommendations
- Explain termite risks and available treatment solutions
- Follow up quotations and sales opportunities
- Build strong relationships with residential and commercial customers
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Achieve sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service
- Maintain accurate customer records using company systems
About You
- Proven experience in a sales role in domestic services/products (pest management experience highly regarded)
- Strong face-to-face communication and presentation skills
- Confident building rapport with customers
- Results-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets
- Professional, reliable and well organised
- Excellent time management skills
- Comfortable using tablets, computers and CRM systems
- Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Current Police Clearance (or willing to obtain one)
- Full Australian working rights
