About the role:
South Yarra BMW is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused Customer Relations Consultant to join our dynamic Customer Service team. In this role, you will take the lead in proactively reaching out to reach to our customers, re-engaging them to schedule additional service appointments, and skillfully addressing inquiries or objections to drive service bookings. Your passion for customer satisfaction will be key in ensuring an exceptional experience while enhancing our service offerings.
We operate a 5-day week Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:

Booking inbound and outbound service inquiry using the relevant booking system.
- Responding to personal, telephone or written inquiries and requests and arranging bookings to facilitate the timeliness of servicing of motor vehicles.
- Accurately recording customer and vehicle and service to be undertaken.
- Efficiently undertaking necessary administration duties which may include word processing, data entry, filing, mail dispatch, facsimile, or photocopying equipment operation.
- Managing sales and service follow-up calls in a professional, consistent, and timely manner.
- Promptly and thoroughly resolving customer concerns using established methods and processes.
- Reviewing and maintaining customer profiles for data accuracy and integrity.
- Conducting customer retention campaigns via phone using established methods and processes.
- Evaluating and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Adapting a mature attitude with sensitivity to our customers confidential information.
- Receiving inbound calls and enquires from existing clients.
- Adapting and navigating through change.
- Managing large amounts of outbound/Inbound calls in a timely manner.
- Keeping record of all conversations in our Call Centre database in a comprehensible way.
- Maintaining call logs.
- Establishing a strong telephone presence and ability to communicate effectively with automotive customers.
You will also be:

- A proactive problem solver who is process-driven and highly organised, with strong initiative and the ability to flex and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to meet operational deadlines and achieve set sales targets and profit margins.
